Diamond Berserker Castle
Quickstart
- Craft a Berserker Castle Charter using paper, a diamond, and a book:
- Find a broad, open site with plenty of vertical clearance. Use the charter on a block to start placing the castle. In Survival, the charter is consumed; in Creative, it is not.
- Wait for construction to finish. Eight Berserker Knights and three Berserker Golems appear in the courtyard when the castle is complete. Bring strong armor, weapons, and healing before approaching.
- Defeat the guards and search the castle for its four treasure chests.
Overview
Diamond Berserker Castle is a large structure-and-combat challenge. Place the castle yourself, fight its diamond-armored courtyard defenders, then claim the supplies inside.
The build is placed in stages, so it may take a little time to finish. Keep the site clear of other builds: placing the castle occupies the space its blocks cover.

How To Use
- Place the castle: Use the charter on a block at your chosen site. The placement starts immediately and proceeds over time.
- Fight the courtyard guards: The knights and golems awaken when construction is complete. They are allies to one another, so expect to face them together.
- Use the golem egg: Use it on the ground to summon a Berserker Golem. The egg can be found in a castle treasure chest or in the Creative Spawn Eggs tab.
Crafting And Obtaining
The charter recipe uses eight paper, one diamond, and one book. Arrange the paper around the outside of the crafting grid, with the diamond in the center and the book immediately to its right. The charter is also available in the Creative Tools tab.
The Berserker Golem Spawn Egg is found in one of the castle’s treasure chests and is available in the Creative Spawn Eggs tab.
Abilities And Mechanics
Both defenders wear a full set of diamond armor, and neither drops its armor.

The four castle chests share several supplies: each contains a diamond sword, diamond helmet, diamond chestplate, Strength potion, Fire Resistance potion, and two golden apples. Their diamond stacks contain 6, 8, 10, and 12 diamonds. One chest also holds diamond leggings, diamond boots, and a Berserker Golem Spawn Egg; another contains a diamond axe and a splash potion of strong healing.
Progression And Strategy
Prepare for a group fight before placing the charter: bring sturdy armor, a strong weapon, and healing. Once the guards are defeated, search the castle thoroughly for all four chests. The potions and golden apples can help during the battle, while the golem egg lets you summon another golem afterward.
