Cursed Tide Galleon

Quickstart

1. Get a Structure Wand from the Creative Mode Tools & Utilities tab, or use:

   /give @s cursed-tide-galleon-wlk4vdq5:structure_wand
   

2. Find an open area with room for a ship. Aim at the spot where you want it placed and use the wand. Its projectile places the galleon where it hits, facing the direction you were looking when you threw it.
3. Give the build a little time to load and place its blocks. Choose an area you’re happy to build on, as the structure can replace blocks in its footprint.

In single-player, you can also build the ship at your position with /structure build cursed_tide_galleon. Face the direction you want it to point before running the command.

Overview

Cursed Tide Galleon is a structure-building mod centered on a pirate ship. Its wand lets you call in the galleon at a chosen location; a client command offers another way to place it in single-player.

What It Adds

• Cursed Tide Galleon: The mod’s buildable pirate ship.
• Structure Wand: Throws a projectile that places the ship at its impact point.

How To Use

Structure Wand

Use the wand while aiming toward a suitable site. The projectile travels in the direction you’re looking; when it hits, the galleon is placed at the impact location and oriented to your facing when you threw it. The wand has a short cooldown between uses.

Structure commands

• /structure list shows available structures. The galleon’s name is cursed_tide_galleon.
• /structure build cursed_tide_galleon builds it at your current position, facing your direction. This build command operates in single-player.
• /structure build cursed_tide_galleon <size> builds at a target maximum dimension from 16 to 256 blocks. The value scales the ship down when needed; it does not enlarge it beyond its full size.

Crafting And Obtaining

There are no crafting recipes listed for the mod. Use the Creative Mode Tools & Utilities tab or the /give command above to obtain the wand.

Abilities And Mechanics

Structure placement loads the required chunks and places blocks in stages, so it may take a little while before the build is complete. The wand places the default structure, the galleon; use the build command when you want to specify its name or size.
