Description:

The Crimson Dusk Vampire is a hostile vampiric figure with pale skin, glowing crimson eyes, and a tattered Victorian cape that stalks the Overworld. Its melee strikes steal life, healing it for half the damage dealt, and now also briefly slow targets for about 3 seconds to make close encounters more dangerous. It no longer burns in daylight, so it remains a threat both day and night.
