Quickstart

1. Craft the Command Clone Button using the recipe below.
2. Place it down in the world like a normal block.
3. A helper Clone spawns nearby and immediately starts acting on its own — building a base, farming, exploring, and more.
4. Watch it work! It doesn't need to be told what to do or follow you around — it makes its own decisions.

Overview

The Command Clone Button conjures autonomous helper Clones that live independently in your world. Once summoned, a Clone behaves like an intelligent worker: it builds itself a small house, farms crops, fights hostile mobs and even bosses, explores oceans and caves, mines ore, loots villages, and can breed with other Clones over time. You don't issue commands to it directly — placing the button is the trigger, and the Clone takes it from there.

What It Adds

• Command Clone Button — a placeable block/item that summons a Clone helper when placed.
• Clone — a zombie-like humanoid creature that works autonomously. It is tough (100 health, strong armor, high attack) and fast, and will never turn on other Clones.

How To Use

• Place the Command Clone Button anywhere you want a Clone to start working.
• The Clone will decide for itself what to do next, cycling through behaviors such as:
  • Building a base — constructs a small house-like structure for itself.
  • Farming — sets up and tends an automated crop farm.
  • Fighting bosses — actively seeks out and engages powerful hostile enemies like the Ender Dragon and the Wither.
  • Exploring oceans and deep caves — wanders off to investigate underwater and underground areas.
  • Mining and placing blocks — digs for ore and carries mined resources back with it.
  • Looting villages — raids village containers for useful items.
  • Breeding — when two Clones are near each other and enough time has passed, they can produce more Clones.
• Clones do not follow you around by default and won't teleport to your side — they act independently in the world, only defending themselves or engaging enemies when threatened or hunting.
• Multiple bases built by different Clones are automatically spaced apart with a one-block gap between houses, so their buildings don't overlap or crowd each other.
• Clones never target each other, even though they can fight hostile mobs, so you can safely have several working in the same area.

Abilities And Mechanics

• Autonomous AI: Each Clone independently decides between building, farming, fighting, exploring, mining, and looting — no player input required after placement.
• Combat: Clones are strong fighters (100 HP, high armor and attack) capable of taking on hostile mobs and bosses like the Wither and Ender Dragon.
• Hunger and breeding: Clones track their own hunger over time and can breed with nearby Clones once conditions are met, spawning additional helpers.
• Ore carrying: While mining, a Clone stockpiles mined resources in its own inventory as it works.
• Neat housing: When multiple Clones build bases, they respect spacing rules that leave a one-block gap between structures, keeping bases tidy and non-overlapping.

Progression And Strategy

Start with one Command Clone Button to get a single Clone working. Place additional buttons to summon more Clones — with enough of them nearby, they can breed and multiply on their own, giving you a growing workforce that builds houses, farms food, fights threats, and gathers resources for you across the map. Since Clones require no supervision or command input, your strategy is mostly about deciding where and how many to place, then letting them get to work.
