Quickstart

In Creative Mode, find the Citrus Overlord Spawn Egg in your inventory and use it on a block to summon the boss.
You can also summon it with /summon com_citrus_overlord_i4aumimq:mycustom.
Give yourself room to fight: the Overlord has a boss health bar, 360 health, and attacks that can hit nearby players or poison targets at range.
At half health, it shifts into a faster, more dangerous second phase. Watch for the phase change and keep an eye out for the minions it summons.

Overview

The Citrus Overlord is a hostile boss built around a close-range slam, a ranged poison attack, and summoned minions. It can naturally spawn alone at night on the surface in jungle, savanna, and desert biomes on Normal or Hard difficulty.

How To Use

Use the spawn egg on a block to start an encounter wherever you choose. The boss targets nearby players and pursues them; it can swim and open doors. Defeating it can yield orange dye, blaze powder, sweet berries, and—if killed by a player—golden apples.

Crafting And Obtaining

There is no crafting recipe listed for the boss or its spawn egg. Obtain the egg in Creative Mode, use the summon command, or encounter the boss naturally at night in the listed biomes and difficulties.

Abilities And Mechanics

Ability	What to expect
Close-range attack	Strikes a nearby target and knocks them back.
Rind slam	Hits players within about 6.5 blocks, inflicting damage, Slowness, and knockback.
Citrus burst	Aims at a target up to about 22 blocks away. A clear path is needed; a hit deals damage and Poison.
Summon minions	Spawns four silverfish around the Overlord.
Phase shift	Begins at half health. The Overlord moves faster, and its attacks deal more damage. Its poison attack also becomes stronger.

Progression And Strategy

Keep space between yourself and the Overlord to avoid its close-range strike and slam, but use solid cover to break its line of sight against the Citrus burst. When it shifts phase, expect faster movement and stronger attacks; deal with the nearby silverfish while watching the boss.

Defeating the Overlord yields 2–4 orange dye and 1–2 blaze powder. Sweet berries may also drop, and a player kill has a chance to yield a golden apple.
