Description
Chaotic Apples adds dozens of unique apple items, each themed around a wacky concept — from "Diamond Apple" to "Sus Apple" to "Ender Dragon Apple." Every apple looks like a normal apple and can always be eaten (even at full hunger), but each one triggers a completely different, often unpredictable combination of potion effects, mob spawns, or environmental effects when consumed. Some apples bless the eater with strength, speed, or regeneration; others curse them with poison, wither, nausea, or worse. A handful summon hostile mobs, lightning bolts, or the Bad Omen effect that triggers a raid.
Simply eat a Chaotic Apple like a normal food item. There is no cooldown or special targeting required — the effects apply immediately to whoever eats it. Some apples affect only the eater (potion-style buffs/debuffs), while a few interact with the world:
Because effects are hidden until consumption, treat unfamiliar apples like a gamble — great for minigames, dares, or adding chaos to survival worlds.
Only a handful of Chaotic Apples have known crafting recipes; the rest must be obtained through creative inventory, commands, or loot depending on how your world is set up. Each known recipe combines a regular apple with a themed ingredient at a crafting table:

There's no crafting tree or tech progression here — Chaotic Apples is about risk and reward. Keep a few "safe" apples (like Diamond, Iron, or Anti) on hand for emergencies, and use riskier ones (Poison, Wither, Radioactive, Mobs, Lightning) as challenges, pranks, or PvP tricks with friends. Since apples look identical apart from their name, consider labeling them or organizing your inventory carefully if you want to control which chaos you unleash.
