Quickstart

Craft to get Lesser Divinity, then hold it and right-click (or use your usual use-item control) to launch a bolt in the direction you’re facing. It needs no ammunition, but has a 25-second cooldown.

Try it against a mob first: when the bolt hits, it bursts and damages nearby living entities. On a server, players caught in the blast are banned and disconnected.

Overview

Lesser Divinity is a single-item weapon that fires a radiant golden bolt. Despite its name, it does not need to be loaded like a regular crossbow.

What It Adds

• Lesser Divinity: A craftable, non-stackable weapon that launches an explosive bolt.
• The item is also available in the Combat section of the Creative inventory.

How To Use

Hold Lesser Divinity and use it to fire. Aim carefully: the bolt bursts on impact, damaging living entities close to where it lands. The shooter is spared by their own bolt.

Craft Lesser Divinity with the following recipe:

Abilities And Mechanics

• The impact deals 9 damage to nearby living entities.
• The bolt bursts on impact and then disappears.
• Firing triggers a 25-second cooldown.
• On a server, any other player caught in the blast is added to the ban list and disconnected. No ban expiry is set, so use this weapon around other players with care.

Progression And Strategy

There is no ammunition or reload step: craft the item and it is ready to use. Use it against mobs to get a feel for the bolt’s impact area before firing near other players.
