Description
Adds a whimsical Candy Mountains biome to the Overworld, featuring candy-colored sky, fog, and water effects, sugary surface rules, and scattered candy-themed blocks and placed features to explore and harvest. It generates naturally in new worlds via TerraBlender integration and can be located with the built-in command /locate biome candy-mountains-kq7hnjap:candy_mountains; the mod also provides a /candymountains help and a /candymountains locatebiome helper that prints the locate command for easy tracking. Start a fresh world or explore your current one until you spot the pastel peaks, then use the locator to revisit the biome for building, resource gathering, and themed adventures.

Quickstart
- Start a new world (or explore an existing one) and run this command to find the biome fast:

Overview
Candy Mountains adds a whimsical overworld biome bursting with sugary colors and sweet-themed blocks. It generates naturally alongside other biomes and can be located at any time using the built-in commands. Explore the pastel peaks to gather unique resources, craft candy-themed items, and set up a base surrounded by cotton candy and crystalline ore.

How To Use
Finding the Biome
Run either command in-game:
/locate biome candy-mountains-kq7hnjap:candy_mountains
/candymountains locatebiome
The second command simply prints the locate command for you to run. For general mod help, use /candymountains help.
Gathering Resources
- Candy Crystals are the primary resource — mine Hard Candy Ore veins scattered through the biome with a pickaxe. Each ore drops 2–5 crystals.
- Cotton Candy Blocks spawn naturally on the surface. Break them with an axe to collect them for building.

Craft using Candy Crystals and sticks.

The centerpiece crafting project — surround a Quartz Block with Candy Crystals.
Progression And Strategy
- Locate the biome using
/locate biome candy-mountains-kq7hnjap:candy_mountainsas soon as you load your world. - Mine Hard Candy Ore to stockpile Candy Crystals — you'll need them for both the Altar and the Lollipop.
- Craft the Summit Lollipop early; it does not stack, so keep it safe.
- Place the Summit Candy Altar at your base camp within the biome to anchor your themed build.
- Harvest Cotton Candy Blocks with an axe for soft, decorative building material unique to this biome.
- Use the pastel environment for creative building — the candy-colored sky, fog, and water make the Candy Mountains biome a striking location for themed structures.
