Brainrot Realm
Quickstart
Craft a Brainrot Key at a crafting table, then use it and choose Enter Brainrot Realm. Once inside, use the key again and select Return home to go back to the Overworld.
Explore the colorful terrain and look out for the realm’s residents: some are friendly, while others will attack. In Creative mode, you can also find the Brainrot creatures’ spawn eggs in the inventory and use them to spawn creatures directly.
Overview
Brainrot Realm is a separate dimension with unusual, brightly colored landscapes and its own wandering creatures. The key opens a travel menu; you do not need to build a portal.
What It Adds
The realm has three regions:

Six creatures inhabit the realm:

How To Use
- Travel in: Use the Brainrot Key and choose Enter Brainrot Realm.
- Travel out: Use the key again while in the realm and choose Return home.
- Spawn creatures in Creative: Find a creature’s spawn egg in the Creative inventory and use it where you want the creature to appear.
- Meet creatures in the realm: Explore; creatures appear around players as they travel through the dimension.
Crafting And Obtaining
The Brainrot Key is the realm’s travel item. Craft it using the recipe shown in Quickstart; it can be used to open the travel menu.
The creature spawn eggs are available in Creative mode. In Survival, explore the realm to encounter its creatures naturally.
Abilities And Mechanics
- Tung Tung Tung Sahur attacks at close range and can burn in daylight.
- 67 Brainrot hops toward targets and may drop slimeballs when defeated.
- Sigma Skeleton uses ranged attacks when equipped with a bow.
- Rizz Phantom flies and swoops at players.
- Aura Cow can be milked with an empty bucket. Feed two Aura Cows wheat to breed them.
Progression And Strategy
Take a weapon and armor before exploring: hostile creatures can appear near you, including flying and ranged attackers. Keep a bucket handy if you want milk from an Aura Cow, and bring wheat to breed them. Use the Brainrot Key whenever you want to switch between the realm and the Overworld.
