Blossomguard Crown

Quickstart

1. Collect some Peonies and a Pink Tulip from any flower biome.
2. Open a Crafting Table and craft the Blossomguard Flower Crown (see recipe below).
3. Open your inventory and place the crown in your helmet slot.
4. You immediately gain Resistance I, Health Boost I, and Absorption I — no further action needed.

Overview

The Blossomguard Flower Crown is a single, standalone wearable item that fits in the helmet slot. It appears on your character as a delicate ring of pink-and-white blossoms — no bulky helmet base, just a pure floral crown floating atop your head. While it provides modest physical protection, its real value lies in the passive status effects it continuously applies as long as you wear it.

What It Adds

This addon adds exactly one item. It appears in the Equipment → Helmets tab of the creative inventory.

Abilities And Mechanics

While the crown is worn, the following effects are kept active on you at all times — they refresh every few seconds so they never expire mid-adventure:

Effects are invisible (no particles), so your screen stays clean. The moment you remove the crown, the effects expire naturally.

The crown also provides 3 armor points of base protection and has 364 durability, on par with iron-tier headgear.

Crafting And Obtaining

Craft the crown at a Crafting Table using flowers you can find in almost any biome:

• Peony — a tall double flower found in forest and birch-forest biomes.
• Pink Tulip — a common flower found in plains and sunflower plains biomes.

The recipe unlocks automatically once you pick up either a Peony or a Pink Tulip.

Progression And Strategy

• The crown is craftable very early in the game since it only requires common flowers — no ore, no nether materials.
• The Health Boost effect gives you extra maximum hearts immediately, making early survival notably safer.
• Absorption shields those extra hearts, giving you a meaningful buffer against surprise attacks.
• Resistance further softens incoming hits, letting you survive encounters you otherwise wouldn't.
• Because the crown occupies your helmet slot, you trade off traditional head armor. The passive effects more than compensate in most early- to mid-game situations.
• Repair the crown at an anvil using Pink Petals to restore its durability without needing a second crown.
• The crown can be enchanted in the armor/helmet enchantment category (enchantability 14), so applying Unbreaking or Protection can make it a long-term headpiece.
