AK-47 (Arrowstorm Rifle)

Quickstart

1. Open your crafting table and craft the AK-47:

1. Hold the rifle in your hand.
2. Hold right-click to open fire — arrows launch automatically as long as you hold the button.
3. Aim at a target and watch the rapid stream of arrows fly. Release right-click to stop firing.

Overview

The AK-47 is a rapid-fire ranged weapon that floods your target with a continuous stream of arrows. Unlike a standard bow, there is no drawing mechanic — simply hold right-click and the rifle fires on its own at a rate of up to 5 arrows per second. It is found in the Combat creative tab.

What It Adds

How To Use

• Hold Right-Click — begins and sustains fire. Arrows launch in the direction you are looking.
• Release Right-Click — ceases fire immediately.
• No arrows are consumed from your inventory; the rifle generates its own projectiles.
• Each arrow fired costs 1 durability. The rifle has 512 durability total, meaning it can fire up to 512 shots before breaking.
• Keep an eye on the item's durability bar, especially during prolonged fights.

Abilities And Mechanics

• Fire rate: 1 arrow every 4 ticks — up to 5 arrows per second.
• Damage per arrow: up to 7 hearts (~14 damage points) depending on distance and target.
• Arrow speed: arrows travel at high velocity, making them effective at range.
• Pickup: fired arrows cannot be picked up by players (they are for combat use only).
• A distinctive firing sound plays with each shot, giving you clear audio feedback while firing.

Progression And Strategy

• Early combat: the AK-47 can shred mobs quickly, making it excellent for mob farms, dungeons, or defending against hordes.
• Durability management: at 512 durability you get 512 shots. A sustained full-auto burst of 5 arrows per second will deplete the rifle in under two minutes — burst fire when possible to conserve it.
• Craft spares: before heading into a big fight, craft one or two backup rifles so you are never left unarmed mid-battle.
• Range advantage: the high arrow speed makes the AK-47 reliable at longer distances where melee weapons fall short.
