Description:
The Gravity Anchor is a legendary artifact that manipulates gravity to control mobs. Right-click on a mob to apply a powerful Levitation effect that sends it floating upward for 10 seconds before falling back down. Alternatively, sneak and right-click on a block to pull all mobs within a 10-block radius to that location and freeze them in place for 5 seconds. The item has a 3-second cooldown between uses and produces ender portal particles and teleport sounds when activated.

User request: Create a legendary item called "The Gravity Anchor" for Minecraft Java 1.21.5. Appearance: - It should look like a glowing, purple-black anchor with ender-particles around it. Functionality: - When the player right-clicks a Mob with this item, the Mob loses its gravity for 10 seconds. - The affected Mob should slowly float upwards into the sky (like the Levitation effect). - After 10 seconds, the effect ends and the Mob falls back down. Special Feature: - If the player Sneaks (Shift) while right-clicking a block, all Mobs in a 10-block radius are pulled towards that block and frozen in place for 5 seconds. Crafting Recipe (Simple): - 1 Eye of Ender in the middle - 4 Iron Ingots (top, bottom, left, right) Additional Info: - Add a cool sound effect (Enderman teleport sound) when using it. - The item should have a 3-second cooldown. - The item should not appear in the creative inventory.
