Description:
The Tempest Arcana is a legendary magical staff imbued with storm essence, capable of commanding lightning, wind, and thunder. Summon precise lightning bolts that chain between nearby enemies, or unleash a thunderous shockwave that pushes back foes. Force thunderstorms to enhance your abilities, glide on wind currents without an elytra, and create magnetic fields that attract items. Master the ultimate Eye of the Tempest ability to conjure a devastating storm vortex that lifts enemies into the air while striking them with lightning. The staff crackles with electric energy and hums with the power of the storm when wielded.

User request: A legendary magical staff infused with the essence of storms, lightning, wind, and thunder. ⚡ Primary Abilities: Summon Lightning Right-click shoots a precise bolt of lightning at target location. Charged creepers, supercharged redstone, ignites TNT instantly. Chain Lightning If multiple mobs are close, lightning chains between them, dealing reduced damage to each next target. Creates glowing particles jumping between mobs. Thunder Blast (AoE) Sneak + right-click releases a thunder shockwave around the player, pushing mobs back like wind and damaging them with electric arcs. 🌪 Secondary Abilities: Storm Summon Staff can force a thunderstorm in the overworld instantly. During storm, staff abilities become stronger and cost less energy. Wind Glide While holding the staff, player can glide on wind currents (like slow Elytra effect, but without Elytra). Jumping during storm gives extra boost. Magnetize Right-click on metallic blocks (iron, anvil, rails) creates a magnetic field that pulls dropped items and small mobs toward it. 🌌 Ultimate Ability: Eye of the Tempest After charging (holding sneak for 3s), staff summons a giant storm vortex at target area: Spawns tornado particle effect. Lifts mobs and projectiles into the air. Lightning strikes repeatedly inside vortex. Ends with a massive thunderclap explosion. 🎨 Visuals & Sounds: Crackling lightning particles along the staff. Electric hum when held. Abilities change sky color briefly (storm clouds swirl). Custom sound effects: thunder rumbles, wind howls, sparks crackle.
