Description:
Adds the Ricky Roll Villager, a peaceful wandering character styled after an iconic 1980s pop singer with reddish-brown hair, a dark suit, and a flat, human-like face with no long nose. It strolls the world singing the chorus of Never Gonna Give You Up, alternating between two lyric lines with a short hum between them and growing louder as you approach; if attacked it stops singing and flees briefly before returning to its musical routine.

User request: Villager that looks like: This villager name Ricky is styled to resemble an iconic 1980s pop singer aesthetic. He has neatly combed reddish-brown hair, a clean and youthful face, and wears a stylish dark suit with a light-colored shirt and tie, giving him a polished stage-performer look rather than a traditional villager robe. The outfit should feel distinctly modern and out of place in Minecraft, while still fitting the villager body shape. His posture is confident and upright, and subtle idle animations like gentle swaying or rhythmic head movement suggest he is constantly performing. The overall look should be immediately recognizable as a charming, retro pop-star-inspired villager without being aggressive or threatening. and acts like: This villager is a peaceful, wandering novelty mob whose primary behavior is singing while roaming the world. It does not take jobs, trade, sleep, or interact with workstations. As it wanders, it periodically sings using a synthesized, AI-style singing voice. The sung lyrics must include the explicit line: “Never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down,” which plays clearly and audibly, followed by brief musical humming or instrumental-style pauses before repeating. The singing occurs at intervals rather than constantly, with volume scaling based on player distance so it slowly fades in as players approach, creating a delayed rickroll effect. If attacked, the villager briefly stops singing and flees, then resumes wandering and singing once safe. The villager is non-hostile, cannot be traded with, and exists purely as a roaming ambient joke character whose purpose is to surprise and amuse players through recognizable song lyrics and presentation. Edit v2: Fix the villager model so it does not use the default protruding villager nose. The character should have a normal humanoid face with a flat or minimally defined nose that matches a player-style or modern humanoid model rather than a traditional villager. Remove or significantly reduce the long rectangular nose geometry so it no longer sticks out from the face, and ensure the facial proportions remain clean and expressive. The final result should resemble a well-dressed human-like performer rather than a classic villager, while still retaining villager behavior internally. This change is required to prevent the nose from visually breaking the intended pop-star aesthetic. Fix the singing behavior by implementing a rotating phrase system instead of a single repeated line. The villager must alternate between two distinct sung lyric phrases using a synthesized AI singing voice: “We’re no strangers to love, you know the rules, and so do I,” and “Never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down.” These phrases should not play back-to-back every time; instead, store the last phrase sung and ensure the next singing event selects the other phrase, creating a clear alternation loop. Each phrase should play as a complete vocal line, followed by a short pause or light humming before the next singing event triggers. The system must prevent one phrase from being selected repeatedly due to randomness or reset conditions, guaranteeing variety and making the rickroll feel intentional and comedic rather than broken or stuck. The villager should continue wandering normally while singing, with volume scaling based on player distance, and resume the alternating cycle consistently after interruptions such as fleeing or unloading.
