Description:
The Limitious Aerial Duelist is an execution-focused rapier that transforms combat into a high-skill aerial dance through five unique techniques and an advanced combo system. Master five skills: FLECHE (Shift + Space) dashes forward to close distance and launch enemies upward; BIND RISE (Ctrl + Space) rockets both you and your target skyward with armor-piercing damage that resets on melee hits; REDOUBLEMENT (Shift + S) unleashes eight rapid strikes in under a second; PARRY (hold Right-Click) reflects damage with a 0.10-second perfect timing window that grants a devastating RIPOSTE buff; and DISENGAGE (tap Right-Click) cancels attacks to feint enemies and empower your next strike. The weapon's signature Perfect Link system rewards precise timing—land any skill, then execute a different skill within 0.20 seconds to bypass its cooldown entirely, enabling true aerial combos that keep enemies suspended mid-air through chained Slow Falling effects. The Juggle Resist mechanic prevents infinite loops by reducing lift effectiveness after repeated hits, but skilled players can clear stacks through Perfect Parries and Perfect Links to extend combos, while bosses and PvP opponents have built-in resistance to prevent abuse.

Directional, timing-gated air control enables true mid-air suspension for skilled players. Tight cones, server-authoritative checks, explicit numeric caps for PvE/PvP. RAPIER BASELINE [MECHANIC] Base Attack Damage = 10.0 Base Attack Speed = 2.00. Reach = 3.0 blocks. Directional Physics = all SKILL hits apply knock along the user’s look vector. [VISUAL] Slim triangular blade; polished yellow-brass guard/knuckle bow/quillon; pinkish-red channel flickers on perfect timings; thrusts leave thin shear lines that fade ≤0.25s. [CONTROLS] Standard left-click for basic thrusts; skills as bound below. AERIAL SYSTEM — SUSPEND AND DIRECTION [MECHANIC] Every SKILL hit (not basic attacks) applies Slow Falling to both user and target for 1.20s and pops the target ↑1.5 blocks. Horizontal shove follows the user’s look vector per skill. Each fresh SKILL hit refreshes the 1.20s Slow Falling. With accurate facing and Perfect Links, maintain air control ~3.0–3.5s on standard mobs before heavy resist asserts. Bosses begin with 3 Juggle stacks and accrue faster; sustained air beyond ~2.0s demands Perfect Links plus at least one Perfect Parry → RIPOSTE to clear resist. PvP limiter: after 2.50s continuous suspension within 6.0s, target gains “HEAVY” for 1.50s (immune to lift; still takes damage). Perfect Parry → RIPOSTE removes HEAVY. [VISUAL] HEAVY shows a quick silver ripple; RIPOSTE adds a ruby edge flare. [CONTROLS] Automatic—driven by timing, facing, and links. PVP / PVE SAFEGUARDS [MECHANIC] Boss Super-Armor: −35% lift height and −25% suspension duration, stacking with Juggle Resist. Elites start with 1 stack. PvP trims lift by −25% and suspension by −20%; FLECHE’s 2-block shove is unchanged to preserve spacing. BALANCE SUMMARY [MECHANIC] The weapon’s identity is positional control and execution: Perfect Links, precise facing for directional shoves, and disciplined Feint/Parry management. Air loops are powerful but skill-gated; PvE stays fair via super-armor and stack caps, while PvP remains interactive through trimmed lift, the HEAVY limiter, and the requirement to clear it with Perfect Parry → RIPOSTE.
