The Gladiator Bloodlust Blade is a Netherite sword that builds Bloodlust by chaining qualifying kills within 30 seconds: each qualifying kill grants Haste I and +2.0 attack damage (stacking up to +20 at level 10), with further kills after level 10 only refreshing the 30‑second timer. At level 10 you can sneak and right‑click to "cash out," which instantly resets Bloodlust to base damage, removes Haste, and heals 4 hearts while applying Slowness II for 5 seconds; if the 30‑second window expires instead, Bloodlust resets and you suffer 30 seconds of Nausea. The blade cannot receive Mending, so plan repairs or replacements accordingly.
