Description:
The Divine Beacon is a powerful protective block that, when placed on the center of a solid 3x3 gold or quartz platform and activated with a Nether Star, creates an 80×80 sanctuary that instantly vanquishes hostile mobs and grants nearby players Regeneration II, Resistance I, and Night Vision. To use it, place the beacon on the 3x3 platform then right‑click it with a Nether Star (consumed in Survival; not consumed in Creative) to activate — a golden vertical beam and gentle sparkles will appear while active, and breaking the beacon returns a Nether Star; particles are throttled for smooth, performance-friendly visuals.

User request: Divine Beacon Appearance Model: Tall radiant crystal structure with glowing runes and floating light shards Texture: White and gold base with animated light pulses Particles: Emits beams of light upward and radiant sparkles outward Sound: Soft hum or choir-like ambient sound when active Behavior Activation Must be placed on a gold or quartz base (e.g., 3x3 platform) Activated by inserting a Beacon item (not a Nether Star) Once activated, emits a divine aura in a 5x5 chunk radius (80x80 blocks) Hostile Mob Vanquish Every hostile mob within range is: Instantly destroyed or slowly disintegrated (configurable) Emits a flash of light and vanishing particles Works on zombies, skeletons, creepers, spiders, pillagers, etc. Optional: excludes bosses like Wither or Ender Dragon Passive Buffs to Players Grants nearby players: Regeneration Resistance Night Vision Buffs only apply while standing within the aura Visual Aura A faint dome of light surrounds the beacon’s range Hostile mobs that enter the aura begin to glow and shake before vanishing Crafting Can be crafted with: 4 Quartz Blocks 4 Gold Blocks 1 Beacon Crafted in a regular crafting table. Edit v2: Make the Divine beacon also shoot a beacon laser but yellow for divine, when activated. Also make it be startable with a nether star not a beacon for activating it. Also when the beacon is activated make the beacon have some sparkles around it in the 3x3 area.
