Description:
The Vial of Raging Dunes is a powerful mystical consumable that grants team-wide combat buffs to all players within 16 blocks, providing enhanced attack power, critical resistance, and movement speed for 5 minutes. Simply right-click to activate the vial and empower your entire team with legendary combat abilities. When any buffed player respawns after death, the buffs automatically stack up to 2 times and trigger a devastating sandstorm that deals massive area damage to nearby enemies while weakening their attacks for 10 seconds.

User request: Vial of Raging Dunes Description Applies the Vial of Raging Dunes buff, increasing ally Cookies ATK by X% and CRIT Resist by Y%. When an ally Cookie is revived, the buff is stacked once more and can be stacked up to x2 times. Additionally, whenever an ally Cookie is revived, a fierce sandstorm will deal DMG to the enemies equal to Z% of the team's ATK every 0.3 sec for 1.5 sec and lower their ATK by 22.5% for 10 sec. Effect (Undispellable) Grants Vial of Raging Dunes to all allied Cookies, increasing ATK by 20~30% and CRIT Resist by 15~25%. Upon an allied Cookie's revival, the buff is stacked (up to x2) and area DMG equal to 85~105% of the team's ATK is dealt to all enemies in range for x5 hits, reducing their ATK by 22.5% for 10 sec.
