create a minecraft item that has the following description: 'In the creativemode.net Undertale AU system, players are randomly assigned one of three races: Human, Half-Monster (a human-skeleton hybrid), or Monster (skeleton). All players start with a base character—Frisk or Chara for Humans, Sans or Papyrus for Half-Monsters and Monsters—and only obtain their AU identity after their first reset. AUs include real and canon variants such as Underswap, Underfell, Outertale, DreamSwap, SwapDream, Life, MafiaTale, Fellswap, Swapfell, Swapfell Emerald, Xtale (Cross Sans), Horror Sans, Ink Sans, Error Sans, Insanity Sans, Chicken’s Insanity Sans, Infected Sans, Error404 Sans, Nightmare Sans, Omnipotent Sans, Alpha Sans, and Alphatale versions of Frisk and Chara. Conduit Souls are unique Alphatale-only soul types that replace the player’s normal soul and act as the embodiment of universal concepts; Prime Conduits shape reality itself, while Forbidden, Fusion, and Bio-Conduits add further complexity. These powers are soulbound, one-time-use, and cannot be reset. The initial item that starts the mod, as well as Conduit Souls, Cosmic Essence, and Nexus Code, can only be used once, permanently bind to the player’s data, and their effects must persist across deaths and resets. The AI must ensure these items cannot be reused or duplicated. Cosmic Essence and Nexus Code are exclusive to Alphatale routes and grant access to reality-breaking mechanics, usable only through commands, not as physical items. All races evolve through their AU family depending on their chosen route, with each evolution providing unique buffs, abilities, and scaling. Players must reach maximum route progression to /reset and evolve, losing levels but gaining faster growth. Half-Monsters and Monsters also have stamina and mana; stamina enables constant automatic dodging until depleted, regenerates while idle, and can be toggled with /dodge on or /dodge off. Players gain buffs based on their race, soul trait, AU, and conduit status, with sanity effects activating on Genocide, Insanity, and partially on Neutral. As sanity drops, players hear voices and feel urges to kill, with AI-controlled consequences. Players receive notifications when gaining EXP or Spare Points based on route.
